All products sold by Helixium Peptide are intended for laboratory and research use only. For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • Your order arrives damaged or compromised

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Products must be unused and unopened


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products improperly stored after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Clearance or discounted items


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
